Butler (11 April 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Reineke spent Sunday in Marshfield at the Ronald Altmann home.

Mr. and Mrs. Curt Mayenschein called on Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mason Thursday.

Wilbur Best of Viroqua is spending a few days at the Arthur Morrison home.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wavrunek of Neillsville visited at the Collins home Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Curt Mayenschein visited Mr. and Mrs. Albert Morrison Sunday.

Mrs. Jack Conklin visited Mrs. Hugo Kuehl at Morgan Plaza in Thorp Tuesday

Miss Cynthia Osowski of Eau Claire called at the Jack Conklin home Tuesday evening.

The Rev. and Mrs. Harold Palmer and Mr. and Mrs. Pirl Burrington attended baptismal services at Calvary Baptist Church in Eau Claire Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Fred Burrington was one of the candidates.

Sunday visitors at the Arthur Morrison home were: Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Shoemaker and daughters of Alma Center, Mr. and Mrs. George Morrison and Cathy of Chippewa Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Schlinsog and family of Marshfield.

Edward Irish went to Grayslake, Il., Friday to visit his wife and son. Mrs. Irish has been caring for their grandfather, who has been very ill for several weeks. On returning home Sunday, he received a call that his grandfather had died and the funeral was held Wednesday. Mrs. Irish returned home Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Morrison spent Thursday in Chippewa Falls helping their son, George, put up his new house.

The Rev. Harold Palmer is preaching in Albertville at special services.

Mrs. Chester Daines was a supper guest at the Palmer home Tuesday evening.
