Easter Sunday guests at the Erwin Farnsworth home are to be Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Farnsworth and family of Marshfield.

Fremont Homemakers are to meet today (Thursday) with Mrs. Viola Garbisch.

Mrs. William Schmidtke, Miss Mabel Williams and Mrs. Lloyd Spry returned to their homes Thursday evening after spending nearly four months in Mesa, Ariz.

The York Center community club was to meet for a noon dinner Wednesday at the Milford Rowe home. The Rowe’s daughter, Shirley, of Minocqua, helped her mother with the preparations.

Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Fero visited with Mrs. Lily Porath at Lynn Sunday afternoon and with Mrs. Louis Riedel, who is a patent at Memorial Hospital, on Friday.

The Granton Homemakers club is to meet Thursday, April 18, with Mrs. Bernard Pietenpol in Neillsville.

Miss Margo Ganther of Cambridge, Mn, will spend the Easter vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ganther. Visitors Sunday at the Ganther home were Mrs. Elaine Downer of Neillsville and Miss Linda Franke of Chili.

Veefkind homemakers met March 26 at the home of Mrs. Marvin Burkhalter, rural Loyal, for an international potluck meal. The club will meet Tuesday, April 23, with Mrs. Erwin Farnsworth.

Mr. and Mrs. Vern Bender of Chili, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Bender and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Henninger attended a birthday party Sunday at the Russell Johanknecht home in Waupaca. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Roy Johanknecht of Waupaca.

Romadka Homemakers were to meet Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Letha Ganther.

The Friendly Neighbors Club is to meet Friday, April 19, at the Albert Lindow home, Chili.

Van L. Kayser, who returned home, last Wednesday from Memorial Hospital, was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield by ambulance Monday night. Mrs. Kayser and her daughter, Mrs. Garfield Freeberg of Eau Claire, spent Tuesday at the hospital with him.

Mr. and Mrs. Emil Ziegler and daughters and sons-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Terry Coyle of Granton and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bruggeman and family of Marshfield went to West Allis Friday for the weekend to visit two other daughters, Ann Ziegler and Mr. and Mrs. Verland Schofield and boys. On Sunday they all drove to Hebron, Il, to visit their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Behrens and to attend the confirmation of two of their grandchildren, Karen Sternitzky and Mike Behrens. They all returned Sunday night.
