Graves, Walter (abt. 1851 – 16 Jan 1919)

Walter Graves, one of the best known citizens of the town of York, died at his home Thursday, after a long illness, kidney trouble being the cause of his death. The funeral was held Sunday, at York Center, and it was attended by a large number of friends of Mr. Graves, who gathered to pay the last tribute of respect to a worthy citizen. The services were conducted by Eldor Mallory, of Greenwood, and Rev. Sprevey of Loyal.

Mr. Graves leaves his widow and one daughter. He has been a citizen of Clark Country for many years and was a member of the Methodist Church. He was 68 years of age.
