Peters, Robert (26 AUG 1960 – 26 NOV 1960)

Robert Peters, 3-mont-old son of George & Joyce (Schafer) Peters, was born August 26, 1960 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, and was found dead in his crib at his home about 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 1960.

He was rushed to Memorial Hospital, Neillsville, but was pronounced dead on arrival. He has been in ill health since birth, but was suffering from a cold and doctors pronounced it pneumonia.

The body was brought to the Hill Funeral Home where a Rosary was said on Monday evening at 7:30 p.m.

An Angel Mass was read at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29th. Rev. Father Edward Hartung, pastor, officiated. St. Mary's children's choir sang the Mass. Burial was made in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Robert is survived by his parents, seven brothers, Clarence, Ervin, Raymond, Ronald, Randall, Chris and David, and by three sisters, Diane Kay, Marlene and Nancy Ann.

He was preceded in death by triplet born in 1950.
