Lehman, MaryAnn T. (Goessl) (4 AUG 1938 - 7 SEP 2016)

MaryAnn T. Lehman, 78, of Medford, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2016 at Our House Assisted Living in Medford, while under the care of Hope Hospice.

MaryAnn was born August 4, 1938 to Clarence and Florence (Cypher) Goessl, in the Township of Hoard, Clark County, Wisconsin.

She was a graduate of Medford Sr. High School. She married Delmar Lehman on September 5, 1959 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Stetsonville. Delmar preceded her in death July 26, 2011.

She is survived by her children: Susan (Russel) Lehman of Florida, Brian (Ronette) Lehman of Medford, Pat (Diane) Lehman of Phillips, Paul (Molly) Lehman of Park Falls, Kathy (Jon) Lueck of Edgar, Amy (George) Davis of Texas. Grandchildren: Erin (Jeff), Gabrielle, Nicholas, Andrew, Chas, Jacob, Samuel, Zachary, Hallie, Nabil. Step Grandchildren: Andrew and Zoe. Siblings: Charles (Judy) Goessl, Norb (Joanne) Goessl, Joyce Grinker, Margaret (Frank) Bohte, Betty (Tom) Geiger, Theresa (John) Fleischman, and many nieces and nephews.

MaryAnn is further preceded in death by her Parents, Grandson Elliot Lehman, and Brother in Law Bill Grinker.

MaryAnn was employed by Employers Mutual of Wausau, Farmers State Bank, and Klinner Insurance. Upon retirement, she then went on to work part time for John Bauer Trucking.

MaryAnn enjoyed her time spent at her cabin on Willow Lake, especially when she was fishing. She also loved to plant vegetables in her garden. She volunteered with many organizations in the community. MaryAnn had a heart for helping others. One way of showing it was through volunteering at local schools teaching and helping young students to read.

She was a member of The National Order of Catholic Foresters, and the Ladies Aid at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A memorial mass in honor of MaryAnn will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday September 18, 2016 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford. Father Phil Juza, Father Dennis Meulemans, and Deacon Joe Stefancin will officiate. MaryAnn's Grandchildren will serve as honor pallbearers.

Visitation will be held prior to the mass at the church from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Stetsonville.

Memorial donations in honor of MaryAnn can be given to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, or Our House Assisted Living, all of Medford.
