Kayhart, Mildred (9 MAY 1941 – 22 DEC 2016)
Mildred Kayhart, age 75, of Marshfield, died on Tuesday, December 22, 2016 at
Clark County Health Center, Owen, WI. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00
am Friday January 6, 2017 at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home, 1010 E. Veterans
Parkway, Marshfield. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the
service, Friday at the funeral home.
Mildred was born on May 9, 1941 in Dorchester WI, daughter of the late William
and Jesse (Ireland) Copeland. She attended Dorchester Area Schools and was a
1959 graduate. In 1962 she married Wayne Brandt and they were later divorced. In
1975 Mildred married Wayne Kayhart. She worked at Wick Building Systems for 35
years until her retirement in June of 2006. Mildred also worked at Marshfield
Living Center and Drake House part time for 10 years.
Survivors include her husband; Wayne Kayhart of Marshfield, children; Michelle
(Brian) Kraft, Rhonda (Mike) Buelter, Wayne Kayhart Jr. and Candy (Tim)
Brumbaugh; brother and sisters; Margaret (Dave) Senn, Ann Schiro, Doris (Dave)
Rosenthal, Raymond (Karen) Copeland and Larry (Marge) Copeland, 13 grandchildren
and 1 great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Kenneth Brandt, brothers; Lavern,
Glenn, Milton, Leon, Jimmie, William Jr. and Marvin Copeland, sisters; Joyce
Peterson, Ruth Nowak and Nora St Germain.
