Wedding guests were seated by Donald Panek, Thorp, and Chet Forrester, Lindenhurst, Ill., in St. Hedwig's Catholic Church at Thorp to witness the marriage of Miss Diane Frances Panek and Ronald Orie Rosengren, both of Minneapolis., Minn., at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 4, 1969.

The Rev. William Mattek officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Panek, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orie Rosengren, Crystal Falls, Michigan.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length Chantilly lace and peau taffeta chapel entrained gown and an elbow length veil falling from a crown effect headpiece. She carried white chrysanthemums centered with a white orchid.

Miss Jo Anne Panek, Waukegan, Ill., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Debby Panek, Thorp; Miss Rebecca Panek, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Raymond Kunertz, Morris, Minn.

The aides donned blue floor length formals of soki and Venice lace and matching hats. Each had a bouquet of white and blue tinted mums.

Rod Kangas of Crystal Falls, Michigan, was best man.

The wedding reception was held at St. Hedwig's Quonset Hall in Thorp, with a dance in the evening with music furnished by Mike's Nightengales.

Mother of the bride wore a 2-piece aqua dress. The groom's mother wore a 2-piece burgundy suit, and each wore a white orchid.

The bride, a Thorp High School graduate, works for the Northwester Drug Company. Her husband, who attended Crystal Falls High School in Chrystal Falls, Michigan, is a student in data processing in Minneapolis, where the couple is residing.

Wedding guests were from Thorp, Gilman and Owen, Crystal Falls, Michigan; Minneapolis, Minnesota, Lindenhurst, Waukegan, Chicago, Zion, Palos Heights, Mokena, Evergreen Park, Ill., Detroit, Mich.
