Deniszkiewicz, Helen (16 MAR 1893 – 5 MAR 1969)

Funeral services for Helen Deniszkiewicz, 75, who passed away March 5, 1969 of a heart attack at Victory Memorial Hospital, were held Saturday, March 8th at St. Hedwig’s Church. Revs. Connie Chilicki, Wm. Matzek and Francis Brockman officiated at the ten a.m. service. Burial was made in the St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Diver, Ray Diver, Leonard Diver, George Becker, John Badzinski and Joe Pajak.

Helen Gzrnoczetski(?) was born March 16, 1893 in the township of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.). In October 1916 she was united in marriage at St. Hedwig’s Church to Charles Deniszkiewicz. They lived on a farm in Reseburg for 32 years, then moved to a farm in Eidsvold township of Thorp (Clark Co.) for twenty years. The past 10 months they lived in the city of Thorp.

Surviving are her husband Charles; one daughter, Genevieve Pajak of Thorp; ten grandchildren, John Pajak on USS Simon Lake, in the Navy; (Justine) Mrs. John D. Badzinski of Coon Rapids, Minn.; Joseph, Joan and Joanne Pajak, all of Chicago; James, Janet, Joyce, Jacqueline Pajak, at home. Two grandchildren, Jerome and Judith Pajak, preceded her in death.

Out of town guests attending the funeral were: Jean, Joanne and Joe Pajak, Amelia Grabowski, Mrs. Vernon Decker, Walter and Hobart Travinski, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Zegler, Mr. and Mrs. John Diver, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Driver, John C. Diver, Ray Diver, George Becker and Mrs. L. Becker.
