Bouquets of yellow mums and white asters banked the altar of Our Savior's Lutheran Church on Saturday, June 14, 1969, as Miss Linda Ann Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson of Stanley, exchanged wedding vows with Daniel Arthur Bobb. The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bobb.

The double ring nuptials were performed by the Rev. Carl Peters, and the message was brought by the Rev. Anthony Matla, uncle of the bride. Mrs. Dan Nafzger played the traditional marches and also the accompaniment, as Steven Larson, brother-in-law of the bride, sang "One Hand, One Heart" and "The Wedding Prayer."

The bride, escorted to the altar by her father, was attired in a floor length gown of silk illusion and Chantilly lace, detailed with…..(some of my copy was cut off here)

….and Joanne Endru. Each aide was attired in a floor length gown of yellow eyelet with daisy trim and each carried a bouquet of yellow, white, blue and pink daisies.

The best man for the groom was Ray Almberg. The groomsmen were Donald Nye, Russell Johnson, Robert Leidholdt, and Roger Hendricks. Cousins of the couple, Harvey Ramberg and David Endru, seated the guests.

The mother of the bride was in the receiving line wearing a beige dress with red accessories and corsage. Grandparents of the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bobb, Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Daniels, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Johnson, and Mrs. Anna Bodnarczyk, were also present.

A reception for 250 guests was held in the church parlors flowing the ceremony, where a ….(the rest of my copy was cut off)….
