SPC-4 John D. Grabowski has spent his 30 day furlough at his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Grabowski Sr., Gilman, Wis.. He was a year in Vietnam. He was awarded a purple heart, 2 oak clusters and 2 gold stars.

Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Bauer received word that Harold Oldroyd is a patient at the Holy Family Hospital, New Richmond, Wisconsin.

Mr. and Mrs. Art Jacques visited at New Hope, Minnesota over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jacques.

Lori and Randy Truckey visited at the Bill Zukowski home on Friday afternoon.

Mrs. Katie Twarowski and Mrs. William Zukowski visited Mrs. Bill Nagy on Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Fritsch of Spencer visited on Sunday afternoon with Mrs. B. Lato and Robert.

Pfc. Robert B. Lato of Fort Riley, Kansas, Mrs. Richard Nelson and Miss Dorothy Lato of Minneapolis, Minn. spent the weekend with their mother, Mrs. Bruno Lato.

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mead and Mrs. Mabel Misfeldt spent Friday evening in Neillsville on business and pleasure.

Miss Ruth Kaczor is spending her Christmas vacation at home.

Callers at the Joseph Benzschawel home last week were Mr. and Mrs. Larry Spaeth of Boyd, Ervin Benzschawel, Delores Burkhardt and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Benzschawel of Boyd.

Mrs. Layton Asselin, Mrs. Louis Kaczor and Miss Emily Quelle spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. David Weinberger.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jalling of Owen spent Saturday with Mrs. Hazel Weinberger.

Mr. William Weinberger spent Sunday evening with his mother, Mrs. Hazel Weinberger.
