Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Speel, 1130 E. Moorpark Ave., Appleton, announce the
engagement of their daughter, Barbara Jean, to Michael Edward Matter, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Walter Matter of Spencer.
Miss Speel, a 1970 graduate of Appleton East High School, is a senior at UW,
Whitewater, majoring in accounting. Her fiancé, a 1967 graduate of Spencer High
School, is currently employed at Price Waterhouse and Company in Milwaukee.
A June wedding is being planned.
