Linda Juedes of Dorchester became the bride of James Haas of Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Saturday, January 24, 1970 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Dorchester. The Rev. F.H. The bride appeared in a floor-length gown styled of peau de soie, with Venice lace bodice, a high neckline, long full bell sleeves and a chapel train. A lace pillbox held her bouffant silk illusion veil. Her flowers were yellow roses accompanied by white daisy poms.

The bridal attendant wore a floor-length gown of deep brown satin, accented with crème colored lace on the cuffs of the bell sleeves, the high neckline and bodice. Her flowers were yellow and white daisy poms.
