The Thorp High School Class of 1968 held their five year reunion on July 21, 1973 at The American Legion Hall, Thorp, Wisconsin.

Seventy-four people attended the 7:00 dinner. Attending guests of the class were their former principal and advisors Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hanley, Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Fleming, Thorp; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schultz, Rice Lake; and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Hedrington of Chippewa Falls. Attending alumni were from Thorp, Sheboygan, Chippewa Falls, Madison, Menomonie, Owen, Stanley, Frederic, Marshfield, Medford, Boyd, La Cross, Withee, Hayward, Greenwood, Neillsville, Minneapolis, South St. Paul, Hokah, Minnesota, and and Harper Woods, Michigan.

Awards were present for the ”Newest Matrimonial Contract”, “Longest Migration”, “Newest Expectant Mother” and “Best Seat in the House”, which was the door prize.
