Grauman, Edwin E. (17 Nov 1911 – 28 Dec 1975)

Edwin E. Grauman, 64, 524 N. Third Street, Colby, died at a Marshfield hospital Sunday, December 28, 1975. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 30 at 1 p.m. at Lulloff Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kenneth Dix officiating. Interment was in Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Grauman was born November 17, 1911 in the Town of Hull, the son of the late William and Rose (Keifort) Grauman. He was married December 27, 1935 to Ellen Wellman. He was educated in the Cherokee and Colby schools, and was a farmer in the Town of Hull.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 204.

Survivors include his widow; one son, Michael, Route 2, Colby; three daughters, Mrs. John (Janice) Murphy, Sussex, Mrs. Richard (Judith) Schmidt, Janesville, and Merry Lou, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Lora Carr, Colby, Mrs. Elisa Schwantes, Leon, Iowa, Mrs. Arthur (Dorothy) Schmitt, Marshfield, and Mrs. Marvin (Verena) McGraff, West Manchester, Ohio, and six grandchildren.

One brother, one sister, and his parents preceded him in death.
