Kilty, Paul John (1 December 1962 – 8 February 2023)

Paul J. Kilty, 60, of Spencer, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Marshfield Medical Center-Marshfield.

Paul was born to Robert and Elvira (Goelden) Kilty on November 1, 1962, in Marshfield. He was a graduate from Spencer High School. He went on to own and operate “Kilty Construction”, a company that he put his heart and soul into his business. Paul did all things construction including remodeling and new home construction, additions and repair work. He was married to Sara Michalski, they later divorced.

On his rare days off, he enjoyed going hunting, fishing or camping. He enjoyed attending car shows and watching football.

He is lovingly survived by his siblings; William (Sandy) Kilty, David (Mary) Kilty, James (Janice) Kilty and Pamela Kilty; his girlfriend, Teressa Balcom; his nieces and nephews, Steve Kilty, Scott (Jennifer) Kilty, Tracy (Jon) Wagner, Mike (Angie) Loos, Raymond (Judy) Kilty, Bryan (Tanya) Kilty, Mark (Sarah) Kilty, Pat (Keresa) Kilty, Tricia (Nate) Fullerton, Josh (Jenny) Kilty, Jonah (Renee) Kilty, Jason (Cory) Schmitt, Laura (Aaron) Gilbert, Jenny (Andy) Hendrickson, Donald (Carla) Kilty, Angela Kilty, Jesse (Michelle) Kilty, Michelle (Kevin) Meidl; his many great nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elvira Kilty; his sister, Judy Schmitt; his brother and sister-in-law, Gary (Linda) Kilty and his sister-in-law, Sandra Kilty.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 3 P.M. until 7 P.M. at Life Tributes Funeral Home in Spencer for a celebration of memories and for remembering the life of Paul J. “Pauly” Kilty. His family will hold a private committal at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, his family is accepting memorials in Paul’s name for final expenses.
