Malinowski, Louis F. (1908-31 November 1983)

Louis F. Malinowski, 74, formerly of the Thorp area, died Monday at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley.

Services will be Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Stanley, with burial in St. Hedwig's Cemetery, Thorp. Visitation will be at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley.

He was born in the Town of Friendship, and his family moved to Thorp in 1911. He married Rose Lauer in 1935 in Chippewa Falls. They farmed in the Thorp area for many years, and she died in 1974. For the past three years, he lived at Victory Memorial Nursing Home, Stanley.

Survivors include four sons, Edward of DeBerry, Texas, Andrew and Donald, both of Stanley and Frank of Sheldon; a brother, Edward of Orland Park, Illinois; two, Julia Hull of Stanley and Mary Jascot of Waupaca; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
