Ellen L. Phillips, 63, of Humbird passed away on April 25 in Black River Memorial Hospital, Black River Falls

Surviving her besides her husband, are two daughters, Marian of Humbird and Harriet Williamson of San Jose, Calif.; three sons, John of Vancouver, Wash., Robert of Wis. Rapids and Edward of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters Marian Alberts of Wis. Rapids and Mildred Payne of St. Louis; and a brother John Moore, Wis. Rapids.

Funeral services were held on Friday morning, April 29, from the Jensen Funeral Home in Hixton with the Rev. Merlin Sassman officiating. Burial was made in the Town of Mentor Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bill and Leland Duxbury, Roger Clark, Brian and Michael Phillips and James Williamson.
