NHS Class of ’61 holds reunion (45th)

 

The Neillsville High School Class of 1961, with 32 class members attending, gathered at the Neillsville Country Club on September 16, 2006, for its 45th reunion.  Earlier in the day, some members of the class got together for a round of golf, while others met at The Highground for a tour of the veterans memorial park.  The evening program was co-hosted by reunion planning committee members Georgian (Anding) Howard, Karen (Thoma) Hoppa and Clem Schultz.  Time was set aside to read comments from classmates who were not able to attend, as well as to remember the 10 deceased class-mates of the graduating class of 76 members.  A planning committee was appointed to make sure a Golden 50th Year reunion will be a well-attended memorable event.  (Contributed Photo)
