Mr. Ceranski, the Thorp Middle and High School Principal roamed the halls and spent his day as a pumpkin on Wednesday March 3 after winning by a landslide in the penny war fundraiser for Haiti, raising $375. Many teachers, including Mr. Ceranski, had jars for students to put their pennies in, hoping their desired teacher would collect he most pennies and wear the pumpkin/wig get-up.   The Middle School Student Council sponsored the fundraising event for disaster relief in Haiti.
