Do you recognize anyone in this family gathered here outside on the family farm that was near Gilman?  Who can identify any of these family members, or tell us if there is any of this farm still remaining?  Did you know the parents or children or know where the children settled in later years?  Did some of them continue a career in farming?  Let us know what you may remember.

There has recently been a variety of pictures of days gone by brought in from area residents.  Thank you for sharing these images and records of local history with readers.  The Thorp Courier always welcomes and appreciates area folks bringing in their old photos for Way Back When.

Last Week's Photo:

The man in last week’s picture was identified as Richard Navarre by Virginia Gisvold of Stanley.  They were classmates and graduated from Thorp in 1951.
