Way Back When

In this week’s Way Back When, we have a picture of a family around a table with lit candles and a figure of a woman.  Each of the six little faces appears eager to look at the camera, hands folded, although the parents seem busy paying attention to other things. Does anyone know who this family is, when it was taken, or what they might be celebrating?  Please let us know, and we will share the information with our readers
