Way Back When

These three gentlemen seem to be enjoying a Sunday afternoon at the local community tavern, although one of them appears to be a bit underage.  Can anyone identify these three customers, the bartender, or the tavern?  Do you know when this picture was taken?  Please let us know and we will share the information with our readers.
 
 
In last week’s Way Back When, we featured a picture of three men riding a horse out of a local tavern.  This picture, taken on the 4th of July in some long-lost year, was bought in by Diane Mattes. The location was at a tavern that used to be located where Cindy’s currently is located.  The men on left and right are unknown, but the man in the middle is Phillip Mattes.
