No, actually, this is the former Thorp Jail, back in the days when traveling to the county seat took a lot longer than 45 minutes and small communities like ours required a housing facility for its criminals. Who remembers the old Thorp Jail and can tell us where it was located, who it may have housed, and what happened to it? Give us a call with your information. |
