Delaney, Albert (8 Nov 1870 - 10 Mar 1937)

Albert Delaney was born at Green Bay, Wis. Nov. 8, 1870 and passed away at the Portland Hospital Tuesday, March 10, 1937, after an illness of seven weeks caused by paralytic strokes.

On March 13, 1898 he was united in marriage to Mary Ann Fahey of Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis. After living in Greenwood several years they moved to Portland, Ore., where Mr. Delaney was engaged in painting contracting.

Deceased is survived by his wife and two sons, Wilford and Leland, now residing at 4522 N.E. 21st Ave., Portland, Ore. Two grandchildren, Delmar and LaMar, sons of Wilford Delaney, also survive him.

Besides he leaves one sister living in Bowdinham, Maine; another in West De Pere, Wis., and two sisters and two brothers in Green Bay, Wis.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 11, at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of the Moveland Funeral Home, Portland, Ore., Rev. M.G. Montgomery officiating. Interment was made in the Riverside Abbey at Portland.
