French, Gladys (Marriage - 21 Dec 1910)

Mr. George Beeckler and Miss Gladys French were married Wednesday Dec. 21, 1910, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.B. French, in Levis, Clark County, Rev. Postlewaite of Marshfield officiating. The wedding was a quiet one, only near relatives and friends of the parties being present. After a bounteous wedding supper the newly wedded couple drove to Neillsville and took the train for a trip to Oconto Falls, and other places in the east part of the state, where the groom has many friends.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Beeckler of Granton. He is a young man who has worked faithfully at his profession of butter making and established a good reputation. For some time past he has been employed by the Pine Valley Creamery Association at Sidney. There the company has a house ready for him and his bride to begin housekeeping. The bride is well known here, having attended school in Neillsville. She is a bright, attractive young lady, one who made friends wherever she was known, and better still, was helpful and thoughtful of others in the home.

We join heartily with their other friends in offering good wishes for their future success and happiness.
