Chase, Benjamin Franklin (1816 - 29 Sep 1909)
On Sept. 29, 1909, Benjamin Franklin Chase died at Waukesha, Wis., aged 93 years. Before the Civil War, Mr. Chase was a resident of Neillsville, Clark County, and was County Clerk. He is well remembered here by some of our old residents. In the D. Dickinson home are some articles of furniture once owned by Mr. Chase. From here he moved to Augusta and later to Waukesha.
