Trogner, George Jr. (Feb 1873 - 12 Sep 1910)

Geo. Trogner Jr. died very suddenly at his home in this city (Neillsville, Clark County), Monday evening Sept. 12, 1910. He had worked all day and appeared to be in his usual good health. In the afternoon he was doing some work at the planing mill and about five o’clock was taken with a pain in his chest. He lay down for a time and not recovering, was taken home, but he continued to grow worse and at eight o’clock he died. The cause of his death was heart disease.

Deceased, who was the son of George W. Trogner; was born near Loyal in Feb 1873. His mother died when he was nine years of age. In Jan. 1895 he was married to Miss Nora McMahon, who with their two sons John and Neal, survive him. He leaves also his father, step-mother, one brother, C.F. Trogner of Washington, D.C., a half brother Walter in Minneapolis and one sister.

He was a hard working, industrious and honest man, doing faithfully and well the work he undertook to do; he was a kind husband and father and good neighbor.

The funeral will be held Friday afternoon a 2 o’clock.
