Dimmitt, Mary (20 DEC 1919)

The home of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Dimmitt, east of the village (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.), was the scene of a happy wedding last Saturday afternoon when their daughter Mary became the bride of Mr. William A. Ray. Justice C. B. Travis officiated in the ceremony at 3:00 o'clock, in the presence of a house full of relatives and friends. The bride was prettily gowned for the occasion, and the groom, who was an ex-service man, wore his uniform. The home was tastily decorated for the occasion.

A bountiful wedding supper was served to the guests by the mother of the bride, and the evening was devoted to merrymaking. Both Mr. Ray and his bride are well known young people of this community. They will make their home on one of the Horrell farms, where they will commence housekeeping immediately. Congratulations are extended.
