W.S. Mortimer is in the southern part of the state visiting friends. Farmers in this locality are looking forward anxiously to see the sun shine. Mrs. Emma Bolton commenced her Spring term of school in the Palmer district, Monday. Mr. Fowler of Humbird, is teaching in the Hales district and Ina Arms of Loyal in Snyder's district.
