Robbins, Jessie N. (17 NOV 1846 - 3 Augl 1924)

The remains of Mrs. Jessie Nelsine Robbins arrive here from Shawano Co., where she died Aug. 3, 1924, and on Tuesday a daughter, Mrs. H. M. Loomis of Amherst, Wis., and her daughter Mrs. James Cavenaugh of Wauwautosa, arrived to make arrangements for burial. Mrs. Robbins was a former resident of this locality, living for several years north of Christie and later living for a time in Neillsville. She was born in Vermont Nov. 17, 1846, and was 78 years, 8 months and 3 days old at the time of her death.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Loomis, and two sons, Harry E. Robbins of Denver, Colorado and Clinton J. Robbins of Dayton, Ohio, and also five grandchildren.

She will be kindly remembered by some of our older residents who esteemed her very highly.
