Licht, Melody G. (25 Aug. 1955 - 5 June 2004)

Melody G. Licht Melody G. Licht, 48, Withee, died Saturday June 5, 2004, at Our Lady of Victory Medical Center in Stanley. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Withee. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Bryan Anderson will officiate.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church and from 10 a.m. Wednesday until time of services at the church. Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Melody was born August 25, 1955, in Stanley to Clifford and Camille (Zvanovec) Hansen. She was a graduate of Owen-Withee High School in 1973. She also graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College with a degree in fashion merchandising. Melody and Dennis Susa were married August 5, 1974, and later divorced. Melody married Ronald Licht on October 29, 1994. She farmed in the town of Withee until 1987 and then worked at Pabich's Grocery until 1989. She then worked at Hardee's and Pamida in Abbotsford and had foster care in her home. She owned Melodis Quilling and Crafts. Melody is survived by her husband, Ronald of Withee; her children, Shawn Philip (Misty) Susa of Green Bay and Shana Nicole Susa of Green Bay; her granddaughter, Sierra Nicole Susa; her mother, Camille Hansen of Thorp; and two brothers, Arvin Hansen of Milwaukee and Lynn Hansen of Thorp.
