Timlin, Emma M. (20 JUN 1923)

A very pretty wedding took place Saturday, June 30th, 1923, at Stanley where Emma Margaret, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Timlin became the bride of William J. Lokrantz, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. O. Lokrantz, Rev. George E. Griffith pronounced the word that made the happy couple husband and wife.

They were attended by Martha Lokrantz, sister of the groom, and James Timlin, brother of the bride.

The bride was attired in a dark blue poiret twill suit.

Mrs. Lokrantz is a well known young lady, being a graduate of the Stanley High School with the class of 1918, and taught five successful years in Clark County, Wis.

The groom is an ex-serviceman and is well and favorably known here. He has worked in Chippewa Falls for the past four years, where they will make their home.

The tables were set on the lawn at five o'clock, where a sumptuous dinner was served to about one hundred-fifty of their immediate friends and relatives.

The out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Taylor and family of Chippewa Falls and W. O. Calkins and two sons of Augusta.

Early the next morning, Mr. and Mrs. Lokrantz left on their honeymoon to the southern part of the state where they will visit the bride's sister, Mrs. Fred C. Henning of Sharon, and other relatives.

A host of friends extend heartiest congratulations to the happy couple through their life's journey together.
