Rohloff, Frieda (17 JUN 1925)

Miss Frieda Rohloff, daughter of Mrs. A. Rohloff, and Mr. John Olsen, son of Mr. Andrew Olsen, both of the town of unity, were married at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 1925, at the local Lutheran Church, Rev. Pohlman performing the ceremony.

The bride wore a gown of white silk canton crepe and wore a wreath and veil, and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations. She was attended by her sister, Miss Esther Rohloff, who wore peach colored crepe de chine.

The groom wore a suit of dark blue serge and was attended by Mr. Arnold Pieper, a cousin of the bride.

The ceremony at the church was witnessed by a large number of the bride and groom's friends, and after the ceremony a reception was held at the bride's mothers for relatives at which time supper was served. The wedding cake decorated in pink with miniature bride and groom, occupying a preeminent place on the table. The house was prettily decorated in pink and white.

The young couple left for a wedding trip to Horicon, Juneau, Burnett, Milwaukee and other places, and will be at home on their return on the groom's farm in the town of Unity, Clark County, Wis.

Both young people are well known in this vicinity and have many friends who join with the tribune in extending congratulations.
