Meyers, Olga (April 1, 1913 - January 12, 1943)

Mrs. Clarence Meyers, 29, of 602 S. Vine street, died at 9:50 o’clock last night at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where she had been a patient since Dec. 18.

the body will lie in state at the Seehafer-Hansen Funeral Home from Thursday noon until Friday afternoon, when it will be taken to the Meyers home, 602 S. Vine street, to lie in state there until the time of the funeral service.

The Rev. G.M. Krueger, pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church here, and the Rev. Alvin Moog, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Richfield, will officiate at the 2:30 o’clock service Saturday afternoon at the Meyers home, and at the 3 o’clock service at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Interment will be made in Hillside cemetery.

Mrs. Meyers, the former Olga Katherine Larson, was born April 1, 1913, in the Town of Richfield and received her education there. On May 7, 1932, she was married to Clarence Meyers by the Rev. Phil J. Schroeder at Trinity Lutheran Church, Richfield, which church she served as organist for 15 years prior to her recent illness.

In 1937 the Meyers family moved to Marshfield, and since that time resided here.

Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Victor, 10, and Donald, 8; a daughter Janece, 3; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Larson, route 5, Marshfield; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Karen Heggulund, route 2, Marshfield; a brother, Myron Larson, route 2, Marshfield; and three sisters, Mrs. Thurston (Lila) Moen, Spencer; Mrs. Olav (Agnes) Snortheim, Arpin; and Mrs. Clarence (Evelyn) Swenson, Rockford, IL
