Ruhmer, Moritz (1830 - 18 Apr 1916)

(The micro-film of this obit cut off the left edge, so I will paraphrase what I can read)

June 1st, last year, Mr. and Mrs. Ruhmer celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary in the presence of a large assemblage of relatives and friends who gathered from far and near for the happy occasion.

Moritz Ruhmer was born in Germany in 1830, and in 1879, 37 years ago, moved his family onto a farm two miles west of town, where they made their home until ten years ago when he moved to Sheboygan.

He is survived by his widow and children: Mrs. C. A. Dean of?, Mrs. M. E. Blaisdel of Eau Claire, Mrs. Geo Peters of Illinois; the Misses Bertha and Martha of Sheboygan; G Ruhmer of Clinto and E. H. Ruhmer of Stetsonville.
