Star Cheese Factory Sold

A deal was consummated this week, by Otto Braun, of Neillsville, wherein the Star Cheese Factory located one mile north on 13, becomes the property of M. Fl Lawrie, who for the past five years has been operating the Silver Leaf Co-Operative Cheese and butter Factory at Athens, WI.

L. G. Marlow, who has been operating the Star Factory since Mr. Braun moved to Neillsville, has purchased the Shortville factory southeast of Neillsville and will move there next week as he takes possession on the 20th. He intends renting his farm north of the village. In leaving he wishes to extend thanks for the hearty cooperation received during his occupancy as cheese maker and carries with him no ill feelings.

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrie will occupy the rooms above the factory as soon as vacated by Mr. and Mrs. Marlow. He takes possession today and we join in welcoming him to Dorchester country.
