This record exists for the St. Mary Czestochowa Cemetery:

Tworek, Jozef 20 May 1914 1914 D.2 Wrzesnia 1914

I think it's September 2, 1914. This would be born May 20, 1914, died September 2, 1914.

According to my mother, there was also a St. Mary's church in Stanley, WI. Also a St. Anne's. Nowadays. There is Holy Family. I "assume" it's an assimilation of the two of them, but don't have any current info.

The 1915 plat map lists Adam Tworek in section 23.

Hope this is of some value. Paul Forster is in the process of transcribing the 1926 plat map, but the section above does not have Adam Tworek in it.

My mother who is from the area (born in 1930) does not recall the surname.

Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of some further assistance.

Hope this is of some value. Best of luck in your search!
