Amy O. Rauscher, 90, 135 S. Gibson St., Medford, died Tuesday, June 29, 2004, at Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Medford.

She taught elementary education in rural schools for several years. She and her late husband farmed in the town of Deer Creek until 1968.

Survivors include one daughter, Judy (Russel) Gowey, Stetsonville; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Evelyn Ehrinreich, Medford, and Marjorie (Clyde) Knippel, Yuma, Ariz.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Peace United Church of Christ, Dorchester. Burial will be in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Hemer Funeral Home, Medford, assisted the family with arrangements.

Memorials May be directed to Peace United Church of Christ, Dorchester.

DORCHESTER -Amy O. Rauscher, 90, of Medford died June 29, 2004, at Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Medford.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Peace United Church of Christ in Dorchester. Burial will be in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford is assisting the family with the arrangements.

She was born Sept. 24, 1913, in the town of Deer Creek to Adolph and Laura (Keil) Kreie. She married Frank J. Rauscher on Sept. 24, 1938, in Athens at United Church of Christ. He preceded her in death on May 2, 1990. She and her husband farmed in the town of Deer Creek until 1968, when they quit farming and remained living on the farm.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Russel) Gowey of Stetsonville; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Evelyn Ehrinreich of Medford and Marjorie (Clyde) Knippel of Yuma, Ariz.
