When Gust Sampe ran the cheese factory at the Green Grove corners, my dad came to replace him for a short time and it was here that Dick Sampe met Mayme Meyers (Mary). Dick Sampe went on to have his own cheese factories and in 1932 he won the first prize medal at Atlantic City. If you want to know more about the happenings at the Meyers dance hall or at the Henry Meyers farm, please contact me.
