Ryan, Nellie F. (18 JUN 1930)

A pretty June wedding took place at St. Balthasar’s Church. June 18th at 9:00 A. M. when Miss Nellie F. Ryan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Ryan, became the bride of Mr. Edward A. Searvogel. Rev. Father Joseph F. Stenz performed the ceremony.

The bride was attired in green silk crepe with head band of rhinestones and carried a shower bouquet of pink and white roses. She was attended by her sister, Miss Gladys Ryan, who wore a dress of rose tan silk and carried a bouquet of pink roses and sweet peas.

The groom was attended by Mr. James Ryan, brother of the bride. Both wore navy blue suits with boutonnieres.

Only immediate relatives and friends were present.

The bride is well and favorably known in this vicinity having lived here for a number of years. The groom is employed by the Loyal Canning Co., having charge of the farm. They will make their home in Loyal.

Wednesday evening a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents. Many beautiful and useful gifts were received.

Thursday the newlyweds left for a wedding trip to Marquette, Fox Lake, Waupun and the Wisconsin Dells.

The Tribune joins their many friends in extending best wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
