Byers, Annie (7 JUN 1888)

Married, at the residence of the bride’s parents, in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., on Thursday, June 7th, 1888, by Court Commissioner H. J. Blanchard, Mr. Charles Brinker, and Miss Annie Byers, both of Hull.

Charley is one of the early pioneers of this vicinity, has been industrious and in reality one of our best young men. Annie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Byers, and is well liked by all who know her. The ceremony was witnessed by a few of the nearest friends of the couple and the immediate neighbors who, after enjoying an excellent repast, made themselves generally happy with social games and dancing. The happy couple went to Washington Co. for a few days visiting and will soon proceed to Washington Territory, where they will make their future home. They will be followed to the far west by the best wishes of a large circle of friends.
