Miss Lori Kristine Tanner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Tanner of 1207 Glenayre Drive, Neenah, was given in marriage by her father Sept. 11 to Scott Lawrence Fritz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fritz, Route 2, Owen.

The Rev. Douglas R. Groenewold officiated at the 7:30 p.m. nuptials in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Withee. Nuptial music was provided by David Tanner on trombone; Mike Tanner, trumpet; Paul Weiler, guitar; and Renae O’Konski and Mark Frost, soloists.

The bride had a long white gown of chiffon over satin with lace and long train and veil. She carried a bouquet of a dozen white roses.

Miss Sherri Tanner of Neenah was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Ranae O’Konski of Route 2, Withee, Amie Tanner of Neenah and Monica Englebretson, Route 2, Owen. They had peach floral print voile waltz-length frocks and held floral arrangements.

Mark Frost of Route 2, Owen, was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Dowden of Route 2, Owen; Dale Neimi of Route 1, Withee; and Steve O’Konski, Route 2, Withee. Guests were seated by David and Mike Tanner and Dan Fritz.

The banquet and dance was at Loyal VFW Clubhouse. After a three-day trip to Cabale, the Fritzes located on a dairy farm at Owen which they will operate.

The bride graduated in 1979 from Woods Cross High School in Bountiful, Utah, then attended BYU in Provo, Utah, and the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie. Her husband, a 1979 graduate of Owen-Withee High School, graduated this year from the dairy management short course at the UW-Madison.
