Buss, Mrs. Fred (9 JAN 1842 - Feb 1905)

The remains of Mrs. Fred Buss of the town of Withee, Clark County, Wis., arrived here on Sunday last from Whitehall, Wis., where she had been a patient in an asylum for several years, death having at last relieved her from sufferings. She was born Jan. 9, 1842 in Frelenwalde, Hinter Pommern, Kreis Satzig Rigierungsbezierk Stettlin, and was the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August F. W. Pribbenow. On May 7, 1869 she was united in marriage to Friedrich Buss, immigrating to America with her husband in 1881, residing for some years at Detroit, Mich., and in 1889 came to Clark County, Wis., settling on the farm in the town of Withee. She leaves to mourn her death, her husband and two sons, Carl and Ernest Buss. The funeral took place yesterday from the farm home, Rev. E. Buenger officiating, interment taking place in the town of Reseburg cemetery.
