Debra Ann Prasnicki

Debra Ann Prasnicki, 47, N948 County Tk H, Stanley, WI. (Town of Colburn), died Saturday, December 1, 2001 at Victory Medical Center, Stanley, WI.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 6, 2001, 11:00 a.m. at Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley, WI, with Pastor Matt Miklasz officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Thursday at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, WI.

Debra was born on June 7, 1954, in Stanley to Anthony and Ellen (Stebak) Prasnicki. She grew up in Gilman, WI attending area schools graduating from Gilman High School in 1972. She worked at Telemark Lodge in Cable, WI for a number of years during the Winter season, traveling extensively during the off-season throughout the United States. In the fall she would return to Gilman, helping her mother make Christmas garland before returning to her duties at Telemark Lodge. In 1990 she returned back to the area and in July of 1993 she met Ronald Hazuga through his children Rachel and Seth while swimming at Otter Lake. They have been together ever since. She also worked as a teachers aid at Stanley-Boyd Schools and at Paradise Shores at Lake Holcombe.

She is survived by her husband "Sonny", children: Rachel and Seth of Stanley, WI; and her two sisters: Sharon (David) Jorgenson of Milwaukee, WI and Beverly (Ronald) Janicki of Gilman plus two nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony (in 1978) and Ellen (in 1994) Prasnicki.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be given to their choice.
