Jas. A. Parkhurst, Clerk of the Circuit Court, elect, and wife became residents of our village on Thursday of last week. Mr. Parkhurst will enter upon the duties of his office next Monday. If he succeeds in filling the place then to be made vacant by Mr. L. J. Glass, - which it is expected he will do - he will prove one of the most efficient officers Clark County ever had.
