Pictured above is Rev. Jens Lau Jensen (JLJ) Dixen and his wife, Carrie (Rassmussen) Dixen of the Danish Lutheran Church in Withee, WI in 1942. He was the minister there twice--in the 1920's and then again in the 1940's. They are both buried in that church cemetery. He passed away in 1957 and she died in 1968. I believe this photograph was taken when my sister and I were baptized on the front lawn. I think our baptism took place there because our mother just got home from a T.B. Hospital.  Diane Kleinke .
