St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Curtiss, was the setting for the June 4 wedding of Miss Lori Gayle Doberstein, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Doberstein, Route 2, Owen, and Thomas Robert Neumann, son of Mrs. Johanna Neumann, Owen, and the late Friedrich Neumann.

The bride was given in marriage by her father during the ceremony performed by the Rev. A.M. Jenkins. Miss Helen Mock and Miss Connie Keyes sang. The reception, buffet supper and dance were at Dorchester Memorial Hall.

The bride had a Chantilly lace over taffeta gown with cathedral train and silk illusion veiling falling from a bridal falling from a bridal crown. In her cascade bouquet were blue roses, stephanotis, navy blue forget-me-nots, lily of the valley and baby's breath.

Matron of honor was Mrs. Debra Niemi; maid of honor, Miss Sherri Doberstein; and bridesmaids, Miss Marijo Kaiser and Mrs. Jill Pinter. They had blue organza over taffeta gowns with navy print and colonial bouquets of blue and white roses, navy forget-me-nots and baby's breath.

Rod Schoelzel was best man; Ronald Neumann, Wally Halblander and Loren Lavin were groomsmen; and Nelson Niemi and Tim Bublitz seated guests.

After a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Neumanns will make Dorchester their home.
