(Marriage - 24 Jul 1928) The marriage of
Miss Mary Sazama, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sazama, to
Raymond Berg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Berg of Edgar, Wis., was
solemnized at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Colby, Wis., Tuesday
morning at 8:30 o'clock, Rev. H. Lachnitt officiating. The couple
was attended by Miss Johanna Berg of Edgar, a sister of the groom,
and Anton Sazama of Colby, a brother of the bride. The bride wore a
beautiful dress of white georgette trimmed with chantilly lace and
her veil of tulle was arranged in cap effect. She carried a shower
bouquet of light blue larkspur, carnations and white roses. The
maid of honor wore a dress of yellow georgette and carried an arm
bouquet of delphinium, carnations and roses. Following the
ceremony, the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride's
parents, where a wedding dinner was served to members of the
immediate families. The newlyweds left
on a wedding trip to points in the southern part of the state, and
on their return in about two weeks, will reside at Wurtsburg, where
the groom is employed as a cheese maker. Both the bride and
groom have many friends who extend congratulations and wish them
