Will, Frances A. (Marriage - 18 NOV 1929)

A very pretty wedding took place at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Colby, Wis., Monday, Nov. 18, 1929, at 8:00 a.m., Rev. H. Lachnit reading the marriage ceremony, when Miss Frances Ann Will, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Will, Jr., was married to Mr. Fred H. Lakosky of Loyal, Clark County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lakosky of Wausau. Miss Margaret Will, the bride's only sister, acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by his only brother, Charles Lakosky.

The bride wore a beautiful dress of independence blue, transparent velvet and her bouquet consisted of white chrysanthemums. The bridesmaid was attired in a dress of independence blue crepe and carried a bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums.

The bride's mother's corsage consisted of pompoms and baby chrysanthemums. She carried chrysanthemums when she was married twenty-six years ago.

A wedding breakfast was served at home of the bride's parents for immediate relatives only, the home being artistically decorated with pompoms for the occasion.

The newlyweds are on a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, New England, southern states and Cuba, and will be at home after Dec. 10th at Loyal, Wis., where the groom is engaged in the implement business.

The bride is very well and favorably known in Colby, Wis., and vicinity and her friends wish her a long and happily married life. The groom, although not so well known here, is a prominent businessman in of Loyal and is also president of the village.
