Pictured above is August Lukowicz, long time resident of Mayville Township, Clark Co., WI. He was the son of Frank and Katrina (Lass) Lukowicz and was born Aug. 10, 1842/43. In 1869, he married Augusta Kropadlowski, the daughter of Christ. and Cathryn Zdyrok, in West Prussia. They were the parents of:

Joseph (b. 1872/73); Anna (b. 1883/84); Lucille F. (b. 6 Jan 1889, d. 8 Nov 1968 and buried 12 Nov 1968 at St. Francis Cemetery, Pheonix, Maricopa, AZ); Frank (b. 27 Jan 1879, d. 27 Oct 1933 and buried St. Mary's, Colby, WI); Mary (b. Feb 1882 in WI); Leo Joseph (b. 27 Jun 1927/1928 in Poniatowski, Marathon, Wisconsin and died 25 Jun 1927/28); John (b. 29 Jun 1869 in Poland/Germany, d. 14 Dec 1915 and buried in St. Mary's, Colby, WI); August (b. Jul 1885 in WI); Clara (b. 11 Augl 1876 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee, WI, d. 20 Dec 1948 at 4424 S. Fancisco, Chicago, Cook, IL and buried 23 Dec 1948 in St. Casimers, Worth, Cook, IL) and Clementina (b. 11 Nov 1874 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee, WI, d. 28 Jul 1952 in Rietbrock, Reveal, Marathon, WI and buried 31 Jul 1952 in Holy Family Catholic Ritbrock, Marathon, WI.)
